Why can't I purchase and pick up food the same day I order it?
Our pre-order system is designed with several key objectives in mind. Firstly, it significantly reduces food waste, a critical concern in the food service industry. By only preparing meals that have been ordered, we ensure that no excess food is produced, which contributes to a more sustainable approach to catering.
Secondly, this system allows us to provide fresh meals. Each dish is prepared specifically for the order, ensuring that ingredients are at their peak quality and flavor. This commitment to freshness enhances the overall dining experience for our customers.
Lastly, operating on a pre-order basis enables us to manage our time and resources effectively. By knowing exactly what is needed in advance, we can streamline our preparation processes, ensuring that everything is ready and delivered on time for your event.
- Can I pre-order my food? Yes, you can place a pre-order in for every weekend by Friday 11:59 PM CST. In the Cart Notes section select your preferred date/time.
- Can I customize my food? Yes, submit your substitutions in the Cart Notes section.
- Is there a minimum order amount? No.
- How can I view the current menu? Click "Menu" in the drawer tab.
Pickup Process
- Where is your pickup location? Near UoM. The exact address is provided during checkout.
- How do I know when my order is ready? You will receive an email and text.
- What happens if I arrive early/late for my pickup? If you arrive early your order may not be ready thus creating a wait time for you. If you arrive late your order will be held until you are available for pick up. However, late arrivals risks your food becoming cold. Your order is hot and ready at the time you request it.
- Do you have designated parking for pickup orders? Yes, please wait in the parking lot to the right of the building in parking spot #12.
Local Delivery Process
- How do I know when my order is on the way to me? You will receive email and text confirmation once your order in in route to you.
- How will I know when my order is delivered? You will receive email, and text photo confirmation.
Menu:
- Are all menu items available for pickup/delivery? Yes.
- Do you have any daily specials or rotating menu items? Yes.
Payment:
- What payment methods do you accept for pickup/delivery orders? Credit and Debit card payments only. We do not accept Cash.
Special Requests:
- Can I make special dietary requests? Yes, reasonable requests can be accommodated that doesn't significantly alter the dish.
- How do I let you know about food allergies? State it in the cart notes section or call/text us at (901)475-7234.
- Can I request extra sides or substitutions? Yes. Simply, add the extra side on the product page and/or state your substitution in the cart notes section.
Hours of Operation:
- What are your regular business hours and are you open on holidays? Sunday from 12 PM - 8 PM. We are not open on major holidays.
